If you are an adult you may like to join in the recreational rowing sessions where on the first Saturday of the month new adults are welcome. If you want to see what it is all about call in at the club on a Saturday afternoon around 4 to meet the group as they return from their paddle up the river’

For juniors (min year 7) interested in Learning to row please call in at the club on either a Sunday morning at 10:30 or a Wednesday evening at around 6:30, have a chat with one of the coaches and complete a ’learn to row’ form. We will then let you know when the next available place on a ‘Learn to row’ course becomes available.

We are planning on holding a number of these courses throughout the summer. These are 5 week courses (approx. £30) to give a taste of what rowing is about and to get you started. At the end of the course there will then be the option to become a full junior member of the club.

If you would like to be involved, help out, help drive the safety launch, serve behind the bar, help to feed hungry rowers after their training sessions but not keen on rowing yourself -volunteers are always welcome. (full training provided)
